Stone and guide holder spacers for a Sunnen CK3000 Cylinder Hone Honing Head

 

If you hone Big Block engines with a CV616, CK10 or any cylinder honing machine using a Sunnen CK3000 hone head you will love these spacers. These spacers are available in two sizes, .500” and .750”. The actual thickness is slightly less due to the precision parallel grinding process. They will work on the stone holders and the guide shoe holders. You can set up several sets of stone holders for multi finish honing, each with different grit stones, and one set of guide shoe holders, all at the same time, without running out of shims. I recommend that you buy eight of each size spacer. That will set up three sets of stone holders and one set of guide shoe holders.

 

These spacers are precision ground on both sides and are black oxide treated. They are high quality machine tooling made here in the United States of America. These spacers are not made by Sunnen Products Company. Sunnen does not offer spacers or shims for the CK3000 that are .500” or .750” thick in their catalog.
